a warm and inviting stay
The hotel reminded me of home with its cute atmosphere. The restaurant staff were accommodating, even going out of their way to serve us beyond closing time. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a lovely view of the city that enhanced our experience.
I wish there were more diverse options for breakfast.

Mehmet at the lobby is such a chommie! Super helpful and always smiling. Rooms are lekker big and clean, perfect for crashing after a long day out. The restaurant staff are chill too, waited for us even when we rocked up late. The rooftop pool is a nice touch, great for a sundowner!

Greatly enjoyed the location, it was strategic and perfect close enough to next to metro, Taksim, and supermarkets and shops. The breakfast was very very good with an awesome view, the best I had in Istanbul.

The room was really clean and spacious, even the economical one was nice! Beds were super comfy, perfect for crashing after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, especially if there was live music nearby. But honestly, I was tired enough to sleep pretty well regardless. Loved the overall vibe of the hotel!

Clean hotel with friendly, english speaking personnel. Good location, fine, spacy room and nice renovated swimmingpool.
At first the hotelmanager tried to put us in a very small room, but (free) upgrading seemed not to be a problem. The matras of the bed was very bad.

Klas Hotel has very unexpirenced staff and unhelpful. Brekfast its very poor, room (delux) it was nice and conf. I arrived at the hotel around 16:00 and had to wait till 23:00 for my room to get ready, I was so dispointed with the matter, and they gived us some nonsense excuses. I would never go back to this hotel
